		<description>People leave bosses not jobs.  If managers would accept the responsibility that employees do what they understand the boss wants they might be a little more diligent in care and nurture of their employees.  Employees do not intentionally do a bad job.  If the manager has not clearly communicated direction, or checked out what the employee heard then the only way to know what the employee understood is his work behavior, or the results.  High turnover, weak profits, rising costs....look at the management.
